How do I get started with UnitStack products?
Sign up for an account on our website and choose the product that fits your needs. Each product has its own onboarding flow that walks you through setup in minutes. You can also reach out to our team for a personalized demo.
Do I need to buy all UnitStack products together?
No. Every UnitStack product is standalone. You only pay for what you need. There's no bundling requirement and no "platform" fee. Pick one product or several — it's entirely up to you.
What kind of support do you offer?
All products include email support with fast response times. We also offer onboarding assistance, help documentation, and for larger teams, dedicated account support. We're a small team that takes customer success seriously.
Can I integrate UnitStack with my existing tools?
Yes. Our products are designed to work alongside your existing property management stack, not replace it. We offer integrations with common PMS platforms and are always adding more based on customer requests.
How is my data secured?

What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
