How we got here
UnitStack is born
After years working in property management, our founders kept seeing the same thing: niche problems getting ignored by big platforms. UnitStack was founded to fix them — one product at a time.
TransitionTrack launches
Our first product tackled the messy, spreadsheet-driven world of acquisition and disposition tracking. TransitionTrack gave deal teams their first real pipeline tool built for property transitions.
PostFolio.ai enters the catalog
We heard from marketing teams struggling to create consistent content across portfolios. PostFolio.ai brought AI-powered content generation to property marketing — a completely independent product solving a completely different problem.
